NeonProxies Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026. Think of this page as the contract behind every request your scripts push through NeonProxies ("we", "us"). It covers the site, the dashboard, the rotation API and each mobile line in your account. The moment you register, add funds or open your first connection, these terms are in effect. We wrote them for people who build scrapers, schedulers and test rigs, so they skip the fluff and get to the parts that actually affect your stack.

The hardware behind your endpoint

Your endpoint is not a virtual address in a datacenter. Each NeonProxies line maps to a real device, a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, with its own SIM on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. You pick the device class and carrier at checkout, based on what the selected metro has available.

Connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, with UDP available over SOCKS5. Keep a sticky session, trigger a rotation from a link or an API call, or switch to per-request rotation. There is no cooldown between rotations. The addresses you receive come from the carrier's regional CGNAT pool, a finite set shared with everyday phone users, so your logs may show the same IP more than once in a day. That is how carrier networks work, not a bug in the line.

Typical throughput is 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50 Mbps or more on 5G, depending on signal. Treat those as typical values, not an SLA. Moving a line to a different US metro we serve is free and done from the dashboard. We run everything best-effort and do not guarantee any particular IP, carrier or result on a third-party site.

Account requirements

You need to be 18 or older and legally able to sign a contract. If you are signing up for a company or a team, you confirm you are allowed to commit it to these terms.

Your dashboard password, API keys and proxy credentials are secrets. Keep them out of public repos, shared configs and screenshots. Requests made with your credentials count as your requests. If a key leaks, tell support so it can be rotated.

Billing: prepaid, per line

NeonProxies does not bill in arrears. You load an account balance or pay a plan directly, per day, week or month, at the price listed at purchase time, and each renewal is paid in advance too. We may change pricing for future periods; a period already paid stays at the price you paid.

Every device is single-tenant: while your plan runs, one customer, you, is on that hardware. Refunds, downtime extensions and chargebacks follow the NeonProxies Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

What your automation must never do

Build whatever legitimate tooling you like: QA runs, monitoring, price checks, research crawlers, managing accounts you are authorized to operate. A proxy swaps the network path, nothing more, so each target platform's rules still apply to your bots. Using a line for any of the following gets it shut down:

• fraud, phishing or impersonation
• spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• shipping malware or running botnet infrastructure
• DoS, DDoS or any other attack traffic
• credential stuffing or password spraying
• unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data
• child sexual abuse material, in any form
• moving infringing content
• violating a third-party platform's terms of service

Abuse pipeline

We do not monitor the content of your traffic. We do run an abuse intake: reports from carriers, platforms, network operators and authorities land with our team and get handled. Handling can mean checking the metadata for the line involved, asking you what the job was doing, and suspending the line or the account until we have an answer. A confirmed breach of the list above can end the account. Lawful requests from authorities are answered as the law requires.

Code and brand

The site, dashboard, API, docs and the NeonProxies name belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable license to use them to run your lines. Do not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer them without written permission.

Liability

Where the law allows, the service ships as is and as available, with no express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, revenue or data, downtime in your own business, or bans and restrictions a third-party platform puts on your accounts. Total liability on any claim is limited to the fees you paid NeonProxies in the 30 days before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify NeonProxies against claims, losses and costs caused by your use of the service, a breach of these terms, or your violation of law or someone else's rights.

Shutdown

You can stop using the service any time. We can suspend or terminate an account for breaches of these terms, abuse, or legal and compliance reasons, with or without notice depending on the situation.

Versioning, law and support

New versions of these terms are published here with a fresh date, and continuing to use the service after a new version ships means you accept it. The terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of NeonProxies is organized.
