Privacy Policy: What We Log and What We Don't

Last updated: September 25, 2026. If you are wiring NeonProxies into a pipeline, you probably want to know what ends up in our logs. This policy answers that directly. We collect a small set of account and billing fields, we process network metadata to keep lines running, and we stay out of your payloads. No trackers on the site, no ad networks, no selling data. Below is the full breakdown, grouped the way the system actually handles it.

Stored: account fields

Your account holds an email address, an optional name and a password hash. The plain-text password is never kept. We also log sign-ins to your account so odd access patterns stand out.

Registration runs a reCAPTCHA check, which keeps mass-registration scripts out. Inside the dashboard, a sign-in session keeps you authenticated while you manage lines, keys and rotation.

Stored: billing fields

Card payments go through Stripe checkout and PayPal payments go through PayPal. They process the card or account details; NeonProxies never sees or stores a full card number.

Crypto top-ups in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum are matched using the public transaction hash and address, both of which are on-chain anyway. Zelle and bank wire payments are matched using the sender name and payment reference. We also keep the normal billing trail: amount, timestamp and what was bought.

Not stored: your payloads

We do not inspect or record the content of traffic on your lines. Requests, responses, headers, form fields, whatever your scripts send and receive, none of it is read or saved by us.

Processed: network metadata

Running a proxy network produces operational metadata. Examples are connection timestamps, data volume per line and the client addresses that connect to your line. This metadata may be processed to operate the service, bill it, secure it against misuse and answer abuse reports about an address on your line. It says nothing about what your traffic contained.

Site, checkers and bot

The public website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. The free IP checker and proxy checker query public IP-lookup services to produce their output and store nothing about the lookup.

If you choose to talk to us through @neonproxies_support_bot on Telegram, that conversation is kept so the next engineer who picks it up has context. Email support is always an alternative.

Who else gets data

Nobody buys it: NeonProxies does not sell personal data. The only outside parties involved are those needed to deliver the service, such as Stripe and PayPal for payments, and they receive only what their part requires. We also respond to valid legal requests where the law obliges us to.

Retention

Account data persists while your account is open. Billing records are held for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which may be longer than the account exists.

Your controls

You can request access to your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion, or an export in a portable form. Email support@neonproxies.com from your account address with the request. Anything we are legally required to keep, such as billing records, will be flagged in our reply with the reason.

The service is for adults. Users under 18 are not permitted, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date.
